TIPS TO AVOID DARK CIRCLE


Most of the woman feels uncomfortable because they have dark circle below their eyes. It affects their beauty and brightness. Dark circles are the major problem that makes our face ugly. It is caused due to the tiredness or due to some allergies or even heredity. Whatever may be the cause, we can get rid of it by following some basic and simple steps.
1) Lack of B6 and folic acid are the main reason of dark circles formation. This will induce insufficient hydrochloric acid in your stomach which in turn will result in incomplete protein digestion. Consult your doctor to identify whether you have B6 and folic acid deficiency, if so have some vitamin tablets of it.

2) Have sufficient amount of sleep. Normally we need 7 – 9 hours of sleep, but it varies with people. Lack of sleep will increase your darkness under your eye, reducing your blood circulation. Avoid having alcohol and drugs which will adversely affect your sleep.

3) Lack of mineral and vitamin absorption is also another problem; consult your doctor to get rid of this problem. Before going to bed, wet two small pieces of cloth with cold water, squeeze the excess water and place it on your eyes while sleeping.

4) Keep cool tea bags or cucumber slices or potato slices on your eyes for 10 – 15 minutes daily. This will help to reduce the puffiness and darkness under your eyes.
