TIPS TO REDUCE WEIGHT


The major problem faced by many people across the globe is obesity and overweight. The main reason behind this is they didn’t have proper control over their food habits. Losing weight cannot be done in magical form of 3 or 4 days, or who can trust a various pills available in the market, lets follow some easy tips to get this done:

1) Take a control over your fat intake – maintain it as 20 gram per day
2) Whatever the diet – ‘Exercise’ is the magical word, do it regularly for at least 20 minutes a day
3) Break up your meals – take it as 5 to 6 times in small quantity rather in a usual 3 times dumping
4) Simple word water has got more influence, daily intake of water should be 2 to 3 liters which watches the good detoxification of our body
5) Increase the intake of fruits and vegetables , also try to take it raw than cooked ones.
6) Increased intake of fiber will solve most of the problems
