STAY WELL DURING THE FLU SEASON


Flu is one kind of disease which affects the people of all ages and cause severe health problem. If it is not treated at first then it will ruin your health within short period of time. Here are some tips to stay well during the flu seasons.

1) Wash your hands often

2) Keep your hands away from your nose, mouth and eyes

3) Boost your body’s resistance and immune system by eating a healthy diet, getting plenty of rest and sleep and getting regular exercise.
