SIMPLE STEPS FOR MIND DETOXIFICATION


1) REDUCE INFORMATION OVERLOAD:

This means allowing you at least a day (or even longer) in which you do not read the newspaper, get online, watch TV or listen to the radio. While it is great to be informed, there is also such a thing as being overwhelmed by too much information.

2) CLEAR YOUR MIND:

Clear your mind using meditation and deep breathing. You could do this by sitting in a comfortable position, closing your eyes, and focusing all your attention on repeating one simple phrase such as ‘peace’ over and over again.
