
TAKE REST:
Stay at home from work, Scholl and public places so you do not pass on the infections to others.
DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS:
Drink plenty of water, preferably warm water to ease your throat. Other choices are hot tea with lemon, fruit juice, soups or broths.
TAKE MEDICINES:
Take medicines to relieve your symptoms.
AVOID:
Avoid aspirin especially for children and teenagers. And avoid alcohol and tobacco.
