
On a general basis detoxification is not necessary. It is only in cases where a person’s body has gone through some major abuse in terms of bad eating habits or people who put their body through any kind of substance abuse like smoking or drinking that it becomes necessary to flush out the toxins from the body through a detoxification process. At the same time, given the amount of toxins our body is exposed to every day, going for a detox every few months for a week or 10 days or even twice a month, every alternate weekend would work wonders for your skin and body.
