
Detoxification through exercise works fantastically! Exercise stimulates the circulation of body fluids, increases the body temperature and therefore flushes out toxins from the body through sweat. It also helps massage the internal organs and most, importantly, helps lose extra weight and fat from the body which tends to store toxins. All these efforts have direct effects on your looks too. Depending on the food intake, you can also decide the exercise routine. Ideally, you should work out for not more than 45 minutes during detoxification. The exercises can be freehand involving stretches, 20-30 minutes cardio, etc.
